Drakenfjord Needs You!

In order to have a nice site to host our Next Camping Event - we need to have some Site Work Days.  

Planned Site Work Includes:

1. Open Fields
• Pickup anything over 1” in diameter from fields and most importantly around all the trees so we can mow without any issues. Pile up to be burned..
• Fill in holes, depressions, etc. (especially along old fence lines).  This will be done by taking a scoop of dirt from the tractor and then smoothing it out with rakes.

2. Kitchen Construction
• Knocking down the old corral fencing and cleaning the ground.
• Building kitchen floor frame and building the floor.
• Putting up the kitchen walls.
• Getting the kitchen appliances and furnishings in place.
• Any other kitchen construction work that needs doing.

3. Spreading ant poison
• scattering ant killer in all the common areas of the site.

4. Cleaning up camping areas
• Pickup anything over 1” in diameter from fields and most importantly around all the trees so we can mow without any issues. Pile up to be burned...
• Cutting back undergrowth so that the area cam be used for camping.
